My advice to men considering the priesthood: Pray 3 Hail Marys a night right before you go to bed the First one for the Wisdom to know your vocation, the second for you to have the courage to choose it, and the third for you to have perseverance to live it out. Also talk to your local priest and try to understand what it is that he loves about being a priest and what he does.
Why I want to be a Priest: St. John Vianney once said " If ever I was called to be a priest I long to bring as many souls to God as possible" This is why I long to be a priest - to bring souls closer and closer to God, and to their heavenly homeland. The opportunity to bring the overflowing mercy of God to those who are struggling and to strengthen their relationship with Him through all the Sacraments most especially through Christ given to us through the Eucharist.
Hobbies & Interests: I really enjoy almost any and every sport. That doesn't mean that i am good at them i just like them a lot! I also really enjoy music, mostly different kinds of rock and alternative rock music.
Influence: I have many major influences. The first influence is Fr. Bruce who was my spiritual director at Benedictine College. He is a very humble and holy priest. There are also many Saints that I look up to and long to be more like, such as St. Padre Pio, and St. Thomas More.
