It's not uncommon for high school students to visit college campuses before they decide where they want to go, is it? The idea is to check out the students, classes, faculty and the general atmosphere of the school. "Encounter With God's Call" or EWGC, is an alternative campus visit. High school juniors and seniors, along with those already in college, can spend two nights at Conception Seminary College meeting guys who are already there and the faculty. They will also experience the college seminary life through prayer, talks, and recreation. There is absolutely no pressure to return there - just an invitation to see what it is like, and if God is asking you to give this a try. There is no cost either. Fr. Mitchel Zimmerman, the vocation director, will accompany those who attend from our diocese, and answer the questions which guys usually have.

Check in is Saturday, April 17 beginning with Evening Prayer at 5:30pm. You depart Monday, April 19 after sitting in on a class, attending Mass and having lunch. Conception Seminary College is about 1 1/2 hours northwest of the Kansas City area in Conception, MO.
