Jan 2010 - Archbishop's Quo Vadis Retreat
Quo Vadis

Quo Vadis means "Where are you going?" Legend tells us that when St. Peter fled Rome amidst persecution, he met Jesus on the road. Jesus asked St. Peter, "Quo Vadis?" This question made St. Peter change direction and head back to Rome, where he led the early Church and was later martyred.

We all need to stop and think, "Where am I going? Does my life have direction? What is God’s purpose for me?" This retreat, designed for single men college age and older, is a time to step away from constant distractions to spend time with others seeking the same answers for their lives.

The next Quo Vadis retreat is scheduled for January 2010 at Savior Pastoral Center located at 12601 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, KS 66109. The facility is an excellent place to devote time to finding your purpose in life. During the retreat you will hear inspiring talks from Archbishop Naumann and other priests of the Archdiocese, and meet seminarians who are currently discerning their vocation. You will also participate in the Liturgy of the Hours, adoration, spiritual direction, and Mass. There will  be plenty of time for sports, recreation, fellowship and quiet reflection. Rooms and meals are onsite.
