My advice to men considering the priesthood: Trust God in all things. Trust that God is a loving God, and that as a loving God, He not only knows but wants for your life that which will bring you the greatest happiness. Trust that God will give you the wisdom, courage, humility, guidance and understanding to be able to answer such a call.

Be patient on this journey. Only concern yourself with the present, and trust that in His time, God will reveal to you each next step along the way. Through increased prayer, come to know Christ. As you grow in Christ and Christ in you, you will inevitably come to both know, understand, and be able to respond to God's will for your life.

Why I want to be a Priest: I want to do God's will. I trust that to do God's will ultimately will bring me the most happiness and fulfillment. Through the many events in my life, God has blessed me with the understanding that to enter the seminary to discern a call to the Priesthood is where I currently find the greatest peace.
